Some good news for Spanish Property Investors
According to TINSA (Tasaciones Inmobiliaria), by the end of July 2010, the previous 12 months had demonstrated that the average price of a property in Spain fell overall by 4.3% with property in coastal areas still commanding €2,019 per m2 compared to the rest of the market which averaged out at €1,898.
Spanish property prices in coastal areas are still more than double what they were 10 years ago.
